Sambal Recipe: Sambal Bilih Cut

Lack of appetite? Or feel like cooking? Try to make this spicy sauce is tasty. Seasonings are burned and running lime make this delicious sauce steady. Especially if bribed with a crispy crunchy fish Bilih. Huah huah ..!

material:
50 g dried split Bilih fish, fried, drained
1 orange juice, divided
sambal:
5 red chilies
3 pieces of red chili sauce
1 whole onion, roasted
1 clove garlic, roasted
1 pc acid kandis
½ tsp shrimp paste fried
1 teaspoon salt

Method:

Sauce: Puree the sauce ingredients in a mortar.
Place the fried fish Bilih on it.
Tap-tap until slightly bruised.
I stole lemon juice.
Serve immediately.
For 4 people

Note:
Fish Bilih sides can be replaced with other types of fish such as salted Sepat mini, or chicken feathers. Choose one that is not salty or tasteless.
